Service Description. This Site describes Kitchen Cabinet Installation, Laundry Room Cabinet Installation, Garage Cabinet Installation, Closet Shelving Installation, Bookcase Construction provided by D&D Custom Solutions. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Your Responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information when requested, to keep account credentials secure, and to comply with applicable laws when using the Site.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://ddcustomsolutionsgulfport.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of D&D Custom Solutions or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. D&D Custom Solutions reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. D&D Custom Solutions does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, D&D Custom Solutions's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify D&D Custom Solutions from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Law and Venue. MS law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in MS.
Modifications. D&D Custom Solutions may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
